"We had rented the conference room for the weekend. Most of the staff were attentive and helpful, we had a little glitch with the locking of the conference room on the Saturday night due to no one having a key at 23:30. This was a little concerning. Also in the past we have been given a group rate, this was not available this time we were told, not quite sure why.
The hotel is in a convenient location to shops, attrations and resturants - although these were not why we chose the hotel."
